Enable editorconfig-checker by adding EDITORCONFIG_EDITORCONFIG_CHECKER in ENABLE_LINTERS variable
Disable editorconfig-checker by adding EDITORCONFIG_EDITORCONFIG_CHECKER in DISABLE_LINTERS variable
